Coastal Antique

Built in 1761, this post & beam colonial had been intermittently updated over the decades, leaving it disjointed and dated. We sought to create a magnet for family & friends; a welcoming home where the history conveyed a sense of permanence without ever feeling precious. Our renovation unified the floor plan and created multiple living areas inside & out, all with authentic finishes that get better with wear.
