This classic 1960s California bungalow featured beautiful vaulted ceilings in the living area, but suffered from a cramped, isolated kitchen and pantry.  We reimagined the kitchen as an integral part of the living area, with a vaulted ceiling and center island.  Design details play on the mid-century aesthetic of the original house, with geometric tiles and chevron paneling.
